Development of Swimming Learning Aid Design toward Acceleration of Learning Swimming Techniques

This study aims to: 1) Produce swimming learning aids, 2) Swimming aids that are easy to use and practical. The population of the small class trial was 20 students who could not swim, while main field test conducted on 40 SMA Negeri 5 Ambon. research method used is development (R&D) model follows ten stages product design, namely; potential problems; Data collection; 3) design; 4) design validation; 5) use; 6) revision; 7) trial; 8) 9) revision and; 10) mass production. data collection technique carried out based needs analysis, especially basic aspects development, namely: vest/float greatly interfered with movement, movement efficiency; float tires practical learn techniques; board cannot help swim if there an accident in water student float. these three tools does immediately speed up techniques. concludes accelerate techniques has been designed form a waist buoy/save belt, validated by expert judgment tested for classes suitable large studies. . results this tool "Save Belt".
